Our approach is working and we are experiencing record-breaking growth in 2011.  As a result we are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Director.  This person will be a self-starting dynamo ready to excite our existing clients and open the doors to new prospects on the strength of their own experience.
 
About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Director to join our great team with interesting clients, professional challenges, and a good laugh every day.
 
About you
·         An experienced Account Director who has experience of working on fast-moving, complex B2B and B2C accounts and is confident in managing/providing counsel to senior clients
·         Preferable if the candidate has some experience of food & drink or financial services clients
·         The candidate will have significant crisis and issues experience
·         Experience of running communications teams, either in-house or agency-side.
·         Internal communications experience is desirable
·         Experience of managing workloads across a minimum of 4 accounts
·         Experience of business and team management
