The Payless ShoeSource program delivered $1 million dollars worth of footwear to children of families in need during the 2008 holiday season. Cohn & Wolfe helped maximize community impact with a PR campaign that connected Payless to a network of non-profit partners in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
The Panasonic “Living In HD” program, now in its third year, was created to demonstrate how High Definition (HD) technology can get families to spend more quality time together. Cohn & Wolfe’s program consisted of traditional media, digital and social media outreach and community events, including a nationwide interactive mobile truck tour, that drove hundreds of thousands of consumers to test Panasonic’s HD technologies and apply to become a Living in HD family.
Cohn & Wolfe Toronto’s “Save the Leopard” campaign helped the Credit Valley Conservation engage local residents in the protection of local waterways, plants and animals. The leopard frog, an indicator species for the local environment, was the focus of an integrated campaign including advertising, direct marketing and media outreach that communicated how modifying household behaviors could help protect the environment.
For Red Lobster, Cohn & Wolfe helped the seafood franchise develop a Chef’s Blog in conjunction with a new, interactive website designed to enhance consumer engagement and Red Lobster’s culinary credibility. In the blog, executive chefs answer recipe requests and cooking questions, demystify fresh seafood recipes, discuss the inspiration behind favorite Red Lobster recipes, and host videocasts featuring fresh seafood tips and how-to preparations.
